The Night Train Swimmerscompleted the firstcircumnavigation swim around theFarallon Islandstoday in a historic first.
"We finally made it [great white] sharks and all," said Vito Bialla. "The swim course is through the opening at Devil's Teeth about a mile around the northern eastern tip of the Farallons Islands, a rock called Chocolate Chip. Vito Bialla, Dave Holscher, Kim Chambers, Kate Weber, Simon Dominguez, and Ashley Horne.
It was a historic first that we are kind of proud of this one. There were seals in our faces and huge swells through the opening at Devil's Teeth.
It was an absolute high beyond description."
