16th FINA World Masters Championships 2015 Kazan, Russia

Dear Masters Athlete

Through this correspondence we would like to remind you that FINA will organise, in conjunction with the FINA World Championships, the FINA World Masters Championships in Kazan, Russia, from 5th to 16th August 2015.

In order to complete your entry and also to obtain the entry visa, if required, please enter through the FINA GMS and proceed with the following order:

1. Go to https://registration.fina.org  

2. Click “Create Account”. Select either Masters Athlete, Masters Coach or Masters Accompanying Person.

3. Fill in your personal data in your profile

4. Attach your colour image (please follow the photograph requirements)

5. Attach scanned copy of the personal identification document

6. Select the “FINA World Masters Championships 2015” in the Event Tab.

7. Indicate disciplines in which you are going to compete

8. Pay Participation Fee online

9. Select the events you wish to participate in

10. Pay the event fees.

Please note that for the individual entries the deadline has been extended from 15th June to 30th June 2015. For the Water Polo Teams, Swimming Relays, Synchronised Swimming Teams, Diving Teams, the deadline remains 2nd July 2015.

Kazan is a unique destination, capital of Republic of Tatarstan, situated in the Volga river, 1 hour 10 minutes flight from Moscow.

Please note that there are direct flights to Kazan from Barcelona (ESP), Helsinki (FIN), Istanbul (TUR), Dubai (UAE) and also from any of the 3 airports in Moscow (Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo and Domodedovo), where the Kazan 2015 OC will provide assistance and services relating to entering the Russian Federation.

In addition, the Masters participant will have the opportunity to attend the 16th FINA World Championships, especially the swimming and water polo competitions.

On the other side, for the first time at the FINA World Masters Championships, the athletes can stay within the village, Olympic games style, enjoying a great and unique atmosphere.
