This
section contains more information about European Aquatics taskforce meetings.
The task
force for Aquatics Social Responsibility discussed how to:
• Develop the theoretical rational of Learn
to Swim/preventing dropout.
• Develop the intervention model based on
framework presented in Latvia (slides presentation) (what to implement).
• Develop the strategic model for
implementation – How to implement?
• Develop training model for European
Aquatics Academy integration – training the supervisors, etc.
• Develop in articulation with marketing
European Aquatics commercial packages.
• Media Implementation Plan, Brochure and
social media activation. There will be surveys sent out to National Federations
soon.
• Work has begun to prepare questions and
awaiting the license to conduct the survey on Microsoft Forms.
• Results will be presented and discussed
with sub-commission members.
Work on
developing the Theoretical Model has begun with the cooperation and supervision
of the LTS Commission chair and the President of European Aquatics.
We invite
contributions and suggestions from national federations for themes and names of
potential participants, not only from the perspective of women in sport but in
a broader context as well.
