Am zweiten Tag der Kurzbahn-Schweizermeisterschaften überzeugte Thierry Bollin (Schwimmklub Bern) mit einem grossartigen Schweizerrekord über 100 Meter Rücken. Er unterbot dabei den alten Rekord von Flori Lang (SC Uster Wallisellen) aus dem Jahre 2012 um 1,24 Sekunden. Diese Zeit bedeutet die siebtschnellste Zeit in der europäischen Saisonbestenliste.
Gleich zweimal liess sich Maria Ugolkova (Schwimmclub Uster Wallisellen) in die Rekordbücher eintragen. Sie holte die Rekorde von Danielle Villars (Limmat Sharks Zürich) über 200 Freistil in 1:56.35 (vorher 1:56.48) und unterbot ihren eigenen Rekord von Stavanger über 100 Lagen in 59.75 Sekunden um 29 Hundertstelsekunden. Sie blieb dabei das erste Mal unter der Minutengrenze und ihre Leistung bringt sie an die Spitze der europäischen Saisonbestenliste.
Lisa Mamié (Limmat Sharks Zürich) egalisierte ihren eigenen Rekord über 50 Brust in 31.04 Sekunden.
